What Apartments are Available?
Apartments listed on our website are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We update the listing of available apartments daily. When you search for availability on a future move-in date, we only show you apartments we know will be available on that day. There may be additional apartments that match your search criteria and become available as we get closer to a particular move-in date. If you sign up for notifications we can notify you about apartments as they become available for your search criteria. To sign up for notifications, just perform a search, click on the Exact Matches tab, and then click on the Request Notification button at the bottom of the search results.
How do I set up an appointment to visit your community?
It’s easy to schedule an appointment to visit our communities using our website. To schedule an appointment via email, click “Schedule a Visit” and enter the date and time you’d like to come by. To chat instantly with a live person, click the “Chat Online” link at the top of our web pages. To speak to someone on the phone right away, click “Request a Call” link at the top of our web pages, then enter your phone number and someone will call you. If you’d like to visit us today, simply call our toll-free number at the top of our web pages to set up the appointment.
What is your community’s pet policy?
Want to find out about our pet policy? Simply click “Explore Our Community” and select the “Policies” page.
What is your lease policy?
You can view the lease terms for each available apartment on the Apartment Details page.
Does the monthly rent include any utilities? If not, what utilities would I need to pay?

Do your apartments come with washers and dryers?
If an apartment comes with a washer and dryer, it may be listed in several places on our website. To see if our community rents apartments with washers and dryers, click “Explore Our Community” and select the “Amenities” page. There you will find a list of all our community and apartment amenities. To find out if a specific apartment includes a washer and dryer, select the “Floor Plans” page. Locate the floor plan you are interested in, then click “View Available Apts” and view the list of featured amenities for that specific unit. If we do not list it as a featured amenity on our website, please call the toll-free number at the top of our website to find out more about our amenities.
Are you running any move-in specials?
If our community is offering a move-in special or other promotion, you will find it featured on our home page.
What’s the neighborhood like around your apartment community?
Find out about our community’s neighborhood by clicking “Explore Our Community” and selecting “Neighborhood.”
What amenities does your community have?
Our community’s amenities are featured on the Amenities page which can be found by clicking “Explore Our Community” and selecting “Amenities.”
Where can I get an application?
Click “Apply Online” in the top right corner of the web page to complete an application form.
Does your community offer a tax credit?
Please call us at the toll-free number at the top of the web page. Or, you can “Chat Online” or “Request a Call” and someone will call you back.
What deposits are required?
You can find deposit information on the Apartment Details page. To see the deposit required for a specific apartment, click “View Available Apts” just underneath the rent ranges on the Floor Plans page.
