Thank you for choosing Center Square Apartments as your new home.    Our Leasing Team will be here to support you throughout this process.  It is important to us that your Moving Day experience goes as smoothly as possible.

As you prepare to join our Community, please complete the action items listed below.  

Here you will also find information to help you become more comfortable in your new Apartment Home.

Move - In Day Must Do's

#1 Pay your Move In Fees

All move in fees and prorated amounts must be paid on or before your Move In Day in order to receive your keys.

Make your payment Online via Echeck (No charge) or Credit Card (Third party fees apply.)   No Cash or personal checks accepted.  Acceptable payment in the form of secured funds (money order, bank or cashiers check).

The first month's rent will be due as per your Lease on the first of every month.

Pay your rent Online on the Tenant Portal.

#2 Schedule a time to Pick Up your Keys

Schedule an appointment with your Leasing Agent to pick up your keys and do the Move - In inspection.

#3 Elevator Arrangements 

Please coordinate with the Leasing Team regarding the elevators for your move in day. 

#4 Activate your HUB Account

In order to receive packages here, you will be required to active a HUB Account.   Your Leasing Agent will send you an activation link.

#5 Contact a service provider for Internet/TV/Phone

You have a choice on which provider will service your Internet/TV and landline.   Verizon and Comcast are available.  

 

Move - In Day  Must Have

  1. Must have paid all of Move-In Fees.              PAY NOW.

  2. Must have provided Renter's Insurance.      LEARN MORE.

  3. Must have set up your Hub Account.

  4. Must have notified the Postal Service of your new Mailing Address.     Your unit address is on page 1 of your Lease.             ADDRESS FORMAT HERE.

Download the APP from Google Play or iOS App Store.   

Paying On the Portal:   Download This flyer

When you log onto your portal, you will land on your Home Page.   On the left-hand side will be a navigation menu with various options. 

If you have an open balance, it will be displayed for you on the Home Page and will look like this.   

 

Not sure about what you owe and when?   Always refer to Section 1.5 of your Lease.    

Account Details:

To View your full Account Ledger, log into your Portal and from the Home Page click on the "show details" as shown here.

It will take you to another screen.  Select the section called Account Ledger.

About Renter's Insurance

Renter's Insurance is a requirement of your Lease and must be provided in order to receive your keys on Move In Day.    Speak with your insurance agent regarding proper coverage.  Once you've obtained coverage, please upload the declaration page or insurance certificate into your portal or email it to the Leasing Team here.

Insurance Requirements:

  • Liability Coverage $100,000

  • Center Square Apartments must be listed as "Additional Insured"

As a convenience, Roost Liability Insurance has been made available to you via our Resident Portal if you are still looking for insurance coverage.  For more information about this, click on the "Learn More" button below or visit the Home Page of your Resident Portal under the Insurance Tab.
