No. Only upper-floor apartments at Center Square Apartments have oversized balconies. First-floor apartments do not have balconies.

Apartment pricing at Center Square Apartments varies based on the apartment selected, move-in date, and lease term. Because pricing and availability can change, visit our Available Apartments page to view current rates and find the options that work best for your move-in plans.

Center Square Apartments offers a variety of lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months. We also offer short-term lease options from 3 to 6 months.

Applicants for Center Square Apartments must have a minimum credit score of 700 and a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.75 times the monthly rent. All applicants are subject to Center Square Apartments' standard application and screening requirements.

Your quoted apartment rate is locked in for 48 hours, giving you time to make your decision. To secure the apartment at that rate, submit your application within the 48-hour period.

No. Utilities are not included with the monthly rent at Center Square Apartments. Utilities are billed separately from your monthly rent and are based on usage, so residents only pay for the utilities they use.

Center Square Apartments offers two security deposit options:

Conventional Security Deposit: Pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Keep Your Cash Program: Pay a reduced security deposit plus a monthly fee. Choose from:

$250 security deposit + $45 monthly fee

$400 security deposit + $35 monthly fee

The monthly fee is the cost of reducing your upfront security deposit obligation. You choose the option that works best for you.

Yes! Center Square Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community in Doylestown, PA, welcoming both dogs and cats. 

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment, with a combined weight limit of 60 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. We also have an on-site pet washing station for added convenience.

Yes. Standard surface parking is included with your lease, with one parking space per tenant. Residents also have the option to upgrade to reserved parking for an additional monthly fee.

Center Square Apartments is conveniently located near downtown Doylestown, shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Target, and local walking and biking trails. Our central Doylestown location makes shopping, dining, recreation, and everyday conveniences easy to reach.

Center Square Apartments does not directly offer furnished apartments; however, residents have the option to furnish their apartment through CORT Furniture Rental. You rent your apartment directly from Center Square Apartments and work with CORT separately to select and rent your furniture. Our team will then coordinate with CORT for furniture delivery to your apartment.

No. Center Square Apartments does not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers.

No. Center Square Apartments is not a senior or age-restricted community. We welcome residents of all ages.
